It struck me yesterday as I was building a workout on my computer and transferring it to my watch that there are probably a lot of folks who are used to working out with coaches, groups or other types of trainers that don’t have access to them right now.
So I figured I would help you all out and do a quick video tutorial for you 🙂
In this instance I decided to create and add a “tried and true” workout, 800 meter repeats, better know as Yasso 800s – named for one of the the kindest people I’ve ever met, Bart Yasso.
While I added this to a Fenix 6 Pro Solar, it’s the same process for any of the watches you can add workouts to, which is almost all of them at this point.
Please watch it a bunch of times, it took me forever to add all of those mouse clicks and keyboard stroke sound effects.
Thanks!
