It’s been a while since I’ve done a sneaker review and I have a whole bunch in the pipeline from kicks specific to speedwork, to comfort riders to some bare necessities to get you from A to B.
First up is the Brooks Ghost 12.
Launched last July, this neutral shoe is on the heavier side (10.4 oz/296 g) fits into the Comfortable SUV category along the lines of the Mizuno Wave Sky or the ASICS Nimbus.
I really like the shoe as I like this category for long training runs to keep the “long run pain” at bay as, well, as long as possible.
