Week 4 NYC Marathon Training

I mislabeled the video from last week but the title of the post was correct.

Regardless, this week was the fourth week training for the 2019 TCS NYC Marathon. And man, this is a touch season for training.

But, I travelled to Bentonville, Arkansas for business and was able to run in some beautiful and much less humid parks.

Oh, and there’s a little surprise about my long run.
