I’m super excited to be part of the 2017 Runner’s World Half Run Crew!
Starting on October 20 running through the 22, Runner’s World will once again host its Runner’s World Half and Festival in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania – just miles away from its Emmaus headquarters.
What does this mean for me?
Well, as part of the Run Crew I get free entry to any of the races and the weekend festival. I’ve been hearing about this events for a few years and have always wanted to participate in it (while I’m not getting paid for this, as I said, it is free for me).
What does it mean for you?
It means that you have a chance to win a free entry to the races! Not just the races, but all the events over the entire weekend (and if you don’t win a 10% discount on all events for the entire weekend)!
The runs include
- The Altra 3.8-Mile Trail Run
- Runner’s World 5K
- Runner’s World 10K
- Runner’s World Half
- Runner’s World 1-Mile Dog Run – yup, you read that right!
- And a variety of kids runs from 1/4 to a full mile

This would be so much fun. I’ve never attended a festival like this although a have done a 3 race over 2 day event!
I’ve run the Gasparilla festival with all 4 races. It was a great time and very challenging! I’ve heard wonderful things about this race and would love to run it!
